I have had these hydrangeas now for six or seven years and they have never bloomed, what am I doing wrong?

    I have similar issue I used the flower bloom fertilizer. It helped. Also I found that - hydrangea flowers on last years stem. So May be you prunned more this time.. so it’s creating stems for flowering. I had similar issue. Hope this helps.

      I have never pruned mine, not sure how to do that on those. Does it really help them?

    Is yours getting enough sun? I live in zone 10a and only prune mine in late fall down to about 18”. They come back bigger and loaded with blooms in spring. I am consistent about fertilizer in the growing season, which for me is April-Oct. I hope this is of some help.

    How are your hydrangeas? Yes, you need to prune every year. But, prune the green stems only, not the woody stems. Blooms will grow on those stems next season. I also fertilize with Holly fertilizer in the spring every year. It smells terrible but helps a lot!
