Was a bit nervous as the corn was a tad behind other corn and the fact I planted 200 in 15x5 area. No biggie! Foliar feed gave the plants the extra boost they needed to start making ears! I’m a bit in shock….what will I do with 400 ears?

I would pick some for eating, process some (if you can) for future use, and give the rest away to friends and family! Or if there’s a local farmers market, you could try selling some? Either way, beautiful corn! 🌽

Love to sell it but NY rules are a pain. Maybe I can sell it to a stand behind the scenes but we will see lol.

Good luck! If not, you could make HEAPS of corn soup! I love boiling them (cob and all) to make tasty soup base :). You can also use the husks to make a tasty corn tea! (Can you tell I love corn? 😂)

Dehydrate on the cob or off and use for popcorn. Trader Joe’s sells frozen strips of corn that I really enjoy. Something to possibly try.

Good idea! I will dry 20 to save for seeds next year. I’m working on a huge collection of sunflower and corn seeds so I can plant them on a larger scale eventually. First I need to find a way to sell it!
