So last year I grew a cherry tomato plant and it was probably 1 and a half times bigger th this one also didn’t have what looks like 2 stems. The smaller stem also seems to be injured halfway through. Should I prune it to possibly get growth better on the main stem?

    No that looks healthy just keep watering and feeding on a normal schedule. Trim a few non flowering branches to stimulate growth though. Don’t go over board but a few won’t hurt.
