I’m not too far from Florida here in Georgia, so hot but maybe not as hot, and I water my plants most days. The soil doesn’t seem to dry out as much on some of the cloudy days even though it’s pretty hot out. Some of your planters look like they might be a little small for the plants though. Look a bit like the ones they come in when you buy them. Working in a garden center I’ve noticed that some of what we get in doesn’t do well in the planters they come in for very long but does amazingly once repotted

    Yellowing leafs generally mean overwatered.

I’d say over watering on the aloe. Also you may need to feed more if you water daily. You maybe running all the fertilizer out of the soil.

Iron deficiency can also make yellow leaves. That’s what overwatering can do but if you apply iron I bet it picks right up.

The aloe plant is definitely overwatered. I couldn’t keep an aloe plants alive in the past. I have one now. It sits in one of my bedrooms by a window and I barely water it, seem to be doing great. This is the longest I have had one.
