Strawberry plant

I bought this strawberry plant a few days ago and after repotting it I noticed a rubber band holding about 8 crowns together. Do I leave as is or separate them all? First time planting strawberries!

Honestly I bet you're fine to cut it, I have never seen any guidance on keeping rubber bands on strawberry plants, lol. Might have just been there to help organize the amount that the seller wanted to put in a pot to sell or something?

I did end up pulling 2 of the plants away from the mass of crowns and they were both severely drooping this morning! Im hoping they are just stressed slightly as I also repotted it yesterday before I noticed it was a bunch bound together. Im going to wait a few more days before pulling them all apart and hope I don’t stress them too much
