AmberHow much sun is it getting? Hard to tell, in this pic the leaves looked burnt, but my first guess would be too much sun for a rhododendron. I’ve seen similar in the garden center I work at on part sun plants that are in full sun all day

It’s getting about 2h of sun and the rest of day it’s shaded by the house 😃
