I need help getting our neighborhood cats to stop coming in our yard. What are some plants I can have to deter them?

    I have a fenced in yard and have tried citrus spray, peppermint spray and neither deters them. Wish I could get rid of cats also. One had kittens under my shed. Any suggestions?
