Blow freezing temperatures are coming where I am and planta is still telling me that I should be watering my outdoors perenials. Should I be modifiing the schedule or will planta stop telling me to water when it may become dangerous for the plant?
Nooooo, don’t listen to the watering advice lol. It tells me to water my perennials every week and it’s only every two weeks that they actually need it. But for dropping temps I’d scale back the watering and make sure to winterize your plants according to what they need, some need to be cut back, others need to be mulched, if they are in pots you might need to make a makeshift frost bag or blanket wrapping

I wish Planta would give advise on how to winterize plants and allow us to easily shut off the care schedule during the winter months.
