Bibliofan
Sigh, last year I had curly leaf on my peach tree. Spayed copper fungicide both in the fall and early spring. Now the new leaves are coming out with red lumps. Can anyone identify this?

Evidently the chemical formulation that actually works on this is unavailable in California.
