Oxalis Triangularis in LECA, wicking net pot/cache pot setup, Dyna Gro Foliage Pro nutrients. Love this girl! I recently moved her under a brighter grow light, and sheâs really showing out now!

This little one wasnât doing well in soil, when I checked the roots, they were not in good shape. I cleaned them up as much as I dared and moved it into water⊠hope it will be okay! đŹ I had no idea Thai constellations were so much more finicky and fragile than albos⊠one has already broke my heart, letâs hope this isnât a repeat performance! đ€

Just lucked out and found this beauty at my local grocery store for $15! Hereâs my dilemma, should I transfer straight to LECA, or leave her alone for now? Iâve successfully transferred my other Alocasia (Nebula and Maharani), but lost most of the original leaves in the process, which I wouldnât normally mindâŠbut man I hate to lose this variegated beauty, especially not knowing if Iâll get anotherâŠ. On the other hand, I donât have any soil plants indoors, and with this coming from a big chain store, thereâs no telling what might be going on under the surface (pests, rot, etc.). What would you do?

Here's my set up right now :) super happy so far, hoping to see some new leaves in my monstera. what is everyone's watering schedule? I use rain water and the plants seem to love it!

Going to transfer my Black Magic Colocasia to LECA after discovering that heifer wants to apparently live in water (maybe this weekend- going to start soaking those bad boys tonight) and preparing for a Alocasia Zebrina Reticulata thatâs en route to me. Very excited- and nervous. đ Iâm getting a pH testing kit along with pH up/down just in case, and looking for hydroponic fertilizer recommendations. âșïž I also tend to do the most (as in itâs my MO #sorrynotsorry) so any and all tips/tricks/experiences in full detail with bullet points (jk but I would totally do that đ« đ) are needed and welcome.

I transitioned one of my older calatheas into Pon yesterday. Was super stressed out trying to get all the compacted Coco coir off the roots. I couldnât get it off the top part at all without destroying all the roots, so I just ended up leaving about 1/4 of its top compacted ball, and putting the rest in Pon around it. Really hoping it doesnât rot! Iâve heard differing reports on how important it is to remove all substrate. But in this particular case (and iâve transitioned dozens) i couldnât do it without killing it. She seems to have unfurled her stress curl leaves since yesterday⊠so crossing fingers! đ€đ»

Iâm rlly on a roll with all of my posts today lol but here goes another A few months ago I posted my philodendron birkin (that I grow in water) that had produced a pup! Hereâs the separated pup now. AND hereâs the really exciting part and a huge reason why I love growing in water: I see two new pups growing!! Itâs so nice to be able to watch the pups grow. Aaa! Theyâre soo smol đ„čđ«¶
