Hi all, couple questions for you. Which brand has the best CalMag supplement? And what other fertilizers/supplements do you add to your nutrient reservoirs? TIA!!

    I don't know about CalMag so I can't comment on that but I do use General Hydroponics Flora Series with SUPERthrive and Hydroguard added in. I use it every other watering, so in between "feeding" I use water that has only SUPERthrive added. Always with RO or distilled water though, I don't use tap.

      I got mine at a local hydroponics store. You can also find them at big box stores and online(Amazon).

    I like the CalMag from General Hydroponics. I also use Silica. And some of the Fox Farm fertilizers, like Kelp and Grow big. I shop at local hydro store or online Greenhouse Megastore, or occasionally amazon if i dont need a gallon of something 😆

      Wise plant lady, I have a question, do you use GH Flora series to water your soil plants? I’ve been told I can use it. I’ve only been using for my Leca.

      As far as I understand you can use Hydroponic products on soil/media/in ground. But not always the other way. And sometimes it's just about the dilution ratio. Like the calmag says you can use it on in-ground as well.

      I ran out of my soil fertilizer due to having most of my plants in Leca. I’ll give it a try and see what happens. Thank you

      One of the main ones i use is FoxFarm, and its for hydroponic. This was the Flora Bloom, but the floral micro said the same.
