I have a spider plant baby that I propagated in water. It currently has roots around 2". Can I put it in leca? I have no experience beyond reading about hydro/semi hydro at this point so if you have any recommended resources I'd love to have them!
Leca or pon is a good way to transition water propagated plants into soil (or just keep it in semi hydro and don’t forget to fertilize!) In my experience, spider plants have more forgiving roots when it comes to which medium you choose.

in my experience these always take great to soil and leca, i had a big plant that grew like 27 pups and i planted alll of them in all kinds of stuff and they are doing great

You can transfer it to leca whenever now, spider plants are able to live in water indefinitely if so choose
