   To address your other question about your peace lily blooming, I believe it needs to mature more before it’ll bloom. I would lower the water level on your peace lily so just the root ball is submerged. I’d suggest adding a VERY diluted fert to its water until its more established. As for the monstera, I’m assuming no fert in its water either? If you don’t, you 100% need to have fertilizer added to sustain its growth.
