I'm about to have leca for the first time, show me your setups! unsure of exactly how to utilize this product best. do I NEED clear pots?

You don’t need clear pots but I recommend them so you can see the roots. You can use a nice cache pot to hide it. Here’s my monstera in leca (clear pot) with a ceramic cache pot and a moss pole

  How my pots look without cache pot. I made extra holes with soldering iron for ventilation. I use The Leca Queen’s on YouTube guide to semi-hydro and it’s worked super well for me.

  I just found the leca queen on fb! okay, I'll be ordering clear pots then. I don't mind, I just don't want to buy more things if I don't need them

  She has a Facebook group I highly recommend joining! Lots of good advice on there! I love clear pots cos I love seeing the new roots growing and you can monitor for root rot much easier. I get stressed now when I can’t see the roots lol 😆

  so with leca, I know bottom watering is best. but do I soak for only 10 mins or do I just let the tray be full of water?

I just got into leca a few months ago and found Naked Root pots and LOVE them!
