I got this Monstera Esqueleto a few weeks ago and this is the first plant I have that is being grown in non-soil mix — looks like a mixture of perlite and some sort of rocks? I’m wondering how I should adequately water/care for this plant. Any advice is appreciated! Thank you!!
Look up pon substrate. It’s not much different to care for than plants in other substrates.

I had a lot of problems with this type of plant too like I would transplant all my plants. As soon as I get them I have learned sometimes you should not do that. Also, these plants thrive in bright light. I would always kill them because I wasn’t giving them enough light now that I have a plant stand with a plant light, mine is rapidly growing
