Hey y’all! I just got this silver inch plant that I plan on using some of the clippings for hydroponics! I know that these plants are usually OK in compact soil, but is this too root bound?

I think she would be fine if left in there a bit longer but if you do repot to a bigger pot she will grow like craaazy

NikillerI had some a friend gave us 2 from her wedding decorations, they were growing in some wine bottles with just water and would always stay a faded purple color. We eventually pulled them from the water and co-planted them with two different plants outside in some big 5+ gallon pots. They definitely could have fit easily in a 6” hanging planter and let the 2 feet of vines hang, but we decided to let them fill out the underside of our bush daisy and hibiscus. The one with the bush daisy has gone from 1 inch leaves to creating some monsters that exploded with color as well. I didn’t even know they were supposed to be green and silver on top of the leaves until we moved them. I personally would say let them have their space and they’ll grow to fill it fast. I don’t think that hydroponics for them is the best as they didn’t get any change in lighting or anything else, just from water to soil. The one in the hibiscus was only moved about a week ago so there isn’t much improvement yet.
