Hostas are normally chosen for leaves but my baby is blooming wonderfully!

New guys todayyyy😍😍 How to cut back the begonia I got from Lowe’s😂 self watering pot and they watered it from the top too with water in the bottom. SOGGGGGY lemme tell ya but we made him happier

I was repotting my rattlesnake calathea, and I saw a green thing in the bottom of the pot.. it definitely seems variegated and not a tube like the calatheas usually have when growing and it was off a node not a rhizome, any ideas what this could be?? I put a tiny plastic ziploc bag for added humidity and he’s grown the last couple days but not yet opened

Hey everyone, I have a Birds of Paradise plant that’s been curling a bit, and some of the leaves have small rips in them. It’s an indoor plant, and I keep it in a spot with indirect, filtered light. It hasn’t really grown at all since I got it a few months ago. I figured maybe it wasn’t getting enough sunlight, so I tried putting it outside for a few hours — but that seems to have made things worse. The leaves look burnt now, and they’ve been curling even more ever since. Honestly, it looks like the plant’s in pretty bad shape at this point. I’m not sure if there’s any way to revive it or help it recover, but if anyone has any tips or knows whether it’s just dying, I’d really appreciate the advice.

I need HELP!! I had the misfortune of getting totally infested with fungus gnats. I can't even explain how bad it was. I tried the Mosquito Bits tea,Neem Oil, nematodes, sticky traps and a light that goes into an outlet. I finally decided to completely repot ALL my plants. I rinsed the roots and sprayed them with rubbing alcohol then sprayed the new soil before putting the plant in it then sprayed again once they were planted. It took the better part of a week. I started to water yesterday and guess what's flying around. I was saying some very bad words in my head. Any thoughts?

Can I get some advice? My sister watched my plants for me while I was gone for two weeks and my polka dot plant looks terrible now! It's so leggy and lost a ton of leaves. Should I chop it to encourage more growth? Can I propogate cuttings? TIA!

I opted to put my watermelon peperomia in a hanging basket and now she just looks sad and Droopy but IDK if that's just how it looks because of gravity? She was looking up in the one picture before I put her in the basket now she's sort of looking down, she okay or nah 😩🌱🍉
