No idea what this could be. I’m thinking overwatering maybe or it could be that the leaf’s time is up. The leaves aren’t dropping or browning or drying. They all look healthy. Next question is, do I cut it off and if so, where do I cut?
I think the flower’s time is just up. I would cut it at the base of the stalk, and soon new flowers will grow.
