    It needs water. The soil looks way too dry. Alocasia like consistent moisture.

    Mine was struggling until I put it in a terrarium, im thinking it likes the stable humidity

    That soil looks awful. Does she need fresh soil and maybe a smaller pot. And yes alocasia need to stay moist. That soil looks old and hydrophobic

      The soil they use in a lot of nurseries isn’t ideal and it looks old. I would recommend a repot. 😊
