What is going on with my plant? It’s getting a bunch of new growth, but all the leaves at the bottom are turning brown. I’m suspecting root rot.

    Oh no! Check the roots. If they are mushy then cut the mushy ones off and rinse off the rest of the roots. If everything looks good then cut all the bottom ones off and let the soil dry out before watering again.

    if new growth is unaffected, this is nutrient deficiency. plants will kill older, larger leaves in order to keep producing new growth. girl needs some fertilizer!
