Hey everyone, any thoughts? This adansonii is my favorite plant and my goodness is it finicky. I’m trying to save it from too much water and now what is this?!

    I would get this carefully repotted into a very chunky mix and put it in an east or west facing window, water when it’s dry, and don’t move it. They do appreciate high humidity — the natural humidity in my home seems to be good for mine, but I don’t have AC in the room it lives in so it’s all relative check the roots when you repot and remove anything dark and/or mushy

    To me, it looks like you have pests. I have this same plant and i’m dealing with pests and mine looks the same. I would separate it from the rest of your plants, and get a store bought pest spray or make a homemade one. I use Dawn dish soap mixed with water and spray it ALL over the plant and use a cotton pad or a cloth to wash both sides of the leaves. repeat this once every week. or spot check to see if you can find any bugs and make sure to wash them off. However, I will say… I am new to this plant/ pest thing so although washing it won’t hurt I would get a second opinion to see if it actually works.

      I would also recommend to check your surrounding plants and wash them
