This is a ficus lyrata, they grow in the tropical rainforests of Western Africa. Most of these forests are not dense rainforest but rather more wooded Savannah with some extent of dense rainforest. This means that they receive good lighting (give it bright indirect light) and good water. Because they grow in wooded Savannah more than rainforest, they are more suited for a little bit drier soil than that of a philodendron or alocasia. In a wrap up, they like bright indirect light, a decent amount of water (water when the soil is mostly dry or when the 2-3 inches of soil is fully dry), they grow tall and relatively fast. They are very rewarding.

1 likeThis one is a bambino tho, so I don't think it will get very tall.
1 likeLots of light! They get really shiny leaves with plenty of light. You might want to mist leaves every so often.
