Hi all! My spider plant is doing fairly well, even growing some babies, but the tips of the leaves are browning. Any thoughts as to why and suggestions to remedy the issue? Advanced thanks!

A lot of time tip browning with these, they need more humidity. I'd try misting 1-2x day with distilled water (it avoids water spots)

Could be humidity too low or slightly under watered. Add a humidifier and water before the tips start to dry out. The spider plant will be slightly limp/flattened when it needs water.

Agree that you want more frequent watering or more humidity. Mine do better in spots that are not super sunny. I cut the brown bits off on an angle- I dunno if it helps the plant, but it looks nicer and doesn’t bother the plant.

Thanks, Mimi! I like the idea of trimming the tips for visual appeal.
