Anyone know why my pothos hasn’t grown at all since I’ve had her? It’s been about a year!

    You might already know this, but it’s a Scindapsus, although they are nicknamed “satin pothos”. :) I find that these guys need a bit more light compared to actual pothos. They’re more finicky too, in my experience. Besides that, they like a fairly chunky/aerated soil. They’re climbers so it can help to give them some support. Make sure to fertilize as well if you don’t already

      I’ve cut of the bare stem to encourage new growth and am hoping it climbs my wall it’s right under my window

    I found with my experience with this plant it grew better for me in Leca

    Mine likes at least 8 hours of bright indirect light in warm months to get the large leaves with leaf nodes close together. I give it 12 hours under a grow light when it is indoors. Mine likes 50% diluted fertilizer plus SuperThrive plant vitamins twice a month. I recommend checking the roots for overgrowth. I would change the soil to a well draining mix with lots of perlite or other aggregate.🍀🪴
