Hi! This is my friends plant- she doesn’t know what it is and she wants to know if it’s dead/ dying. It was alive a few weeks ago, but it looks a lot different than it used to. We live in a cold climate and we moved it away from the window

    It is a rubber tree, looks like you still have new growth coming in, just give her time and she will bounce back

    It looks like a Burgundy Rubber tree. The new leaf is a burgundy giveaway. Let it nearly dry out before watering and get it into bright indirect sunlight. I hope this helps. Happy growing. BTW Look up Burgundy rubber tree care. They are resilient and she is already showing new growth.
