I’m not too sure , you could look for a node and attempt to chop , just search it up and you can see

PlantLadyThis is similar to a Cupid Peperomia, and that props very easily through stem cuttings. Just pop the stem into water (making sure a couple nodes are underwater), and it should grow roots in a few weeks.

ElizabethIt could also be water logged, check before you water next. Some plants also do better in higher humidity like above a shower.

Mine started out that size, now she’s filled in quite nicely! It might be a slow growing type- I’ve had this for 2 years- bright, bright light on a daytime schedule. Usually bottom watered
