Help! My dieffenbachia was doing so well this summer, and then she dried out a little too much once this fall and then again this winter. She’s in my office at work so I can’t monitor her as heavily. She’s looking real sad now and I’m not sure the best solution. She appears to still be putting out new growth, but would my best solution be to just cut her down? Not sure if dieffenbachias would regrow that way or not… she’s in a tropical soil and gets plenty of indirect light.

Hey I think you should cut her down. Try chopping right before a node (there are some good yt videos that can explain this) and new stems will grow back. Nows the perfect time to do it before spring!! Ive chopped my down 2 times already and I’ve gotten another baby plant from it, bigger leaves and wayyyy more new growth
