Idk if this is considered foliage, but if you guys watch youtube you should watch HarliG. The growth on my fittonia is only from 3 days of changing how I water this plant, i’ve only had her for 10 days but what a difference!!

      i used to follow the planta schedule, which was working fine but was mostly watering when top felt dry, she said to leave it in a short dish of water and like 2ft to the left or right of a south facing window, i just moved it a little off of my grow light and it’s been working great. it drinks when it wants to & change it every week in the winter and every 4-5 days in the growing season:)
