    Looks over watered to me! Try to go a little longer between watering and make sure there’s drainage holes! Especially considering the gnat traps, they’re the worst!!! When you do water, try watering with mosquito bits to help kill the gnat larvae. Worse case you may have to repot into new soil. Hope this helps! Good luck!
