I need some advice on my zebra plant. The tips of the leaves are one by one turning brown and drying out, and I’m not sure if this is normal die-off or not. There is new leaf growth at the top but the stems are looking bare. I feel like I’m doing things right but maybe I’m missing something? - located in a bathroom - filtered east light (through one of those glass brick windows) - watering with filtered water (I bought special filter for my shower head just for this plant!) - watering when the soil is dry on top and the leaves are dropping a little (maybe I need to water more?? I know the zebra plant is fussy about watering)

If you haven’t checked the roots yet, it’s worth a check. Just pull it out of its pot to make sure the soil at the bottom of the pot isn’t sopping wet. Zebra plants like to be in well-draining soil, once they have any excess water they get very dramatic.
