Any advice on why my arrowhead is drooping so much?? It looks healthy to me, but I am also a new plant mom for this type of plant and don’t know much about it!! Is this normal for this plant to do this?

Syngoniums don’t like direct sunlight unless it’s early morning (before 9am) or late afternoon (after 5pm) when the sun is less intense. The leaves are not burnt. But, intense sunlight can stress plants. Watering issues can cause droop. Your plant just looks like it’s drooping from possibly lack of a little water. The plant looks healthy overall with no dry tips or soggy leaves. No major watering issues, if any. I recommend moving the plant out of direct sun (or filter the light)if it hits when the sun is intense. Also, water and allow it to dry out or almost dry before watering. Rotate the plant once a week to help it grow straight or it will bend towards the light source. 🍀🪴

The schedule that Planta has me on for watering is pretty infrequent.. I may need to water slightly more often

Could be chasing light, they do that. I like to rotate mine. Yours looks pretty healthy to me though! Those leaves drooping just look like the oldest leaf from the stalk so they are just slowly dying off. Don’t stress 🙌🏼
