   Browning on leaves is often an indicator of over-watering. Or pests

   Could be related to watering - too much or too little. Could be pest or fungus related too.

   If it’s droopy and yellow it’s probably getting too much water. But if you aren’t watering it that much check the underside of leaves for spider mites

   Could be a fungus. Hit it with some neem oil. If it stops spreading you have your answer.
