Is this mold growing on the soil of my money tree?

    Looks like it, same thing has happened to many of my plants, usually due to high humidity, I’ll just sprinkle some cinnamon on top of the soil and it kills the mold. To my knowledge the mold doesn’t actually harm the plant or hinder growth but I could be wrong.
