My alocasia wentii has a few brown spots on some of the leaves. Does anyone know what I can do to stop them from spreading and getting bigger?

Not entirely sure but to me it just looks like scuff marks from the leaf getting bumped or jostled before it hardened off.

You may want to look into pest control - possibly spider mites. See the white tiny specs everywhere? Spider mites are super tiny and they can cause brown spots in the areas they start consuming the leaf. Neem oil spray from garden section may do the trick. Careful with homemade solutions (dish soap/rubbing alcohol/water combo) - too much rubbing alcohol might cause chemical burn.
