Hi lovely planties 💚 I’m a beginner at taking care of plants and probably started off too hard with this blue star fern. A couple weeks ago I didn’t think it was getting enough indirect sunlight, so I put it outside in the shade hoping it would help (the start of my mistake, I know now). Lo and behold I completely forgot it outside and the sun ended up being positioned on it for a good part of the whole day and now the leaves are becoming burnt, brown and crispy. Can anyone offer advice on if it’s possible to fix it, and if so how I can go about doing it? I didn’t want to go straight into cutting off dying leaves before asking people who might have a knowledgeable answer. Thank you in advance!!

Once the leaves are crispy like that, the plant cannot save them, but will waste energy trying. I would cut the dead leaves and keep it inside and well watered for now 🖤🌿

From experience, I know that it may seem sad when something happens like this, at least to me, but just slowly adjust it to lower light and keep it there.
