I got this swiss cheese plant from the discount section at Lowe’s about a week ago It’s a bit crowded and growing in odd directions. It’s got some good aerial roots anchoring it in and I’m not sure if I should just let it be or repot it.

If you just acquired it, you might want to just let it be for a few weeks, to let it acclimate to its now home/light conditions. I would also try to find any crawling ends that might be getting long enough to put on a pole. A moss pole or even just staking it up to a stick to give it support so it will continue to grow would be good. Also might want to quick check its roots in a few weeks to see how roots bound it is and decide whether to repot then.
3 Me gustaI honestly would just go ahead and repot since its been over a week. The soil from those big box stores are never great.
