What happened to hibiscus, who I nursed into gorgeous through the winter and I just put outside?

    My guess would be the shock from the sun change. When moving them from inside to outside you want to gradually increase the sunlight. Hopefully she will bounce back but if she keeps declining you could move her to the shade and then slowly move her out again.
