What type of philodendron is this? I was told it could be either a Florida ghost or Florida green. Please help!

This is a Philodendron Florida, the ghost starts out with white leaves that eventually turns a bit greener. The ghost has leaves shifting from white, to mint and green. ☺️

    I’ve seen that it’s a fern philodendron.
