Hi all!! Here with a radiator question. I live in MPLS and have a lot of radiators located near windows. I’m terrified of putting plants near or on top of these which sucks because they get fantastic light. Specifically the one behind my couch is long beneath a huge window, but every plat I put her seems to die. So my question is what kind of plants will be well suited for these locations (warm, drying, sun). I’m thinking cacti but anything else? I’d love something full, with foliage if possible.

Cacti and succulents will work just fine there. I can really recommend my favourite genres: Euphorbia and Kalanchoe. You have many different and cool species and cultivars to choose from🪴 I’m also a big fan of Haworthias (and all the hybrides). They are super easy to please, durable and pretty 🌿

Agree with cacti and succulents. I also think it’d be safe to hang some plants in front of the window, giving a little more space from the radiator. Pothos are Hardy and forgiving. Have you considered adding a humidifier to the room?

Good idea re: hanging. Yes I’ve definitely considered a humidifier but I personally don’t love that climate for myself :/
