AnaIt looks like a Hoya Macrophylla variegata to me.

NBYes, Hoya Macrophylla it is. I’ve recently acquired this cutting and have used rooting hormone to grow this into a plant. It is very slow process so far. You could also water propagate it. Just remember to change water every week. Good luck!
