Hey! New owner of FLF, three days ago when I brought it home it was beautiful and shiny. I have it in full sun, it was watered the day I took it home and havenât watered since. Bottom of pot still has moist soil. Top layer dry. What is going on here? Too much sun? Temperature? Humidity? I know these guys are fickle, I didnât think it would be unhappy THIS fast.
Was it exposed to any weather under 45°? Itâs only supposed to be in part sun, not full sun

0 gillningar It definitely could have caused it. Brown leaves are typically cold shock. See if it changes anymore over the next few days and let us know how it goes.

0 gillningar Moving it around can cause stress to a sensitive plant, which this is. It does require high humidity so you might want to set a humidifier next to it. Find a good, warm, partial sun spot and leave it there. â€ïž

I would give it several weeks to adjust to its new home before treating any possible issues. Itâll take a while to settle in.. then you can better assess what was moving trauma and whatâs an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed. đđŒđż (also, in my experience with FLFâs, your bright sun is the best option for these buddies)

I have mine about 2 feet away from a south facing window. The best advice I ever got about FLF is find a spot and leave it alone. They donât like to be moved around a lot.
