LindseyI’ve been scheming to do this same thing on my patio! You’ll have to let us know how it does. 👏🏼 I think oxalis would be so pretty mixed in!

I was also worried about that so I didn’t plant them directly into the pockets. They are in pots inside the pockets which also makes it easy to move them around or treat the plants themselves.

Try tradescantia fluminensis ‘albovittata’. I purchased mine at Trader Joe’s and have propagated it like crazy.

S.RWow this is such an inspiration! Practical question for you - a lot of those are vining or trailing plants … do the different plant vines intertwine and if so how do you untangle them when removing individual plants for watering etc.?

They are all pretty young so for now the only ones that get knotted up are the pothos but they are easy to untangle. In the future I’d like to have them grow vertically as well but for now they hang down.

My “plant dealer” placed an anthurium in one the bottom pockets of her wall planter to see how well it would do. It is thriving! Totally sold me on purchasing one of these for a wall I’ve been dying to add plants to! Note: she hung a thin sheet of plexiglass behind it and has a table with a rock stray under it to catch the water has it drains. Which also raises the humidity. SCREENSHOT OF A REEL she posted THAT SHOWS IT IN HER SHOP.
