My little alocasia that my friend gave me as seeds. And then 1 or my 3 leaves died and the newest sprout dried up 😭 Any advice for caring for these beauties?

Can someone tell me which alocasias these are? The stem picture is for the one with the light green leaf. The darker one I know is supposed to be a darker green/burgundy color once matured. Forgot to use Apple photos to identify the darker one because I chopped off its bad leaves, and it can’t identify the lighter one.

My pink dragon has been in my collection for about two or three years, for so long she was only holding two leaves at a time! She is a trooper for clinging to life as I figured out how to keep plants alive in these last few years. She is a symbol of how far I’ve come!

Hi everyone! My alocasia elephant ear × polly needs urgent help. It's a rescue from a store, and it's had thrips for a good while, until I treated it with diatomaceous earth and neem oil - however, now that I don't see pests on the leaf, I see yellowing and translucent spots. Is it pest damage from before, or do I have to change something in the plant care? It's right next to a window, on a watering schedule and in a pebble water tray. The soil right now is thoroughly wet after a recent watering about 2 days ago (the diatomaceous earth became a sludge and trapped moisture, so I did my best to break it apart and airate the soil.) Let me know what you think, and thank you all in advance!

Hello Alocasia Admirers! My Alocasia longiloba is looking a little pale, not sure what’s causing it. I haven’t changed anything in his routine since I got him. But a few months ago he was green and now he’s pale, any ideas?

went back for the alocasia I saw at my local plant shop🤍 but what is the white residue on the tops of the leaves? my ficus from the shop has the same situation — almost looks like soap scum?
