Hey guys! So, I bought a 100pc pack of seeds from Amazon to grow an alocasia zebrina and this is what I got? I’m not sure what to do with this since I was expecting a bulb ? Have you guys seen this before? I really want to try to grow them so if you know anything that can help, lmk! 🥺🥺

I recently got this alocasia from a local, he said he had just put it in leca. It looked perfect when I picked it up, but not one of the leaves is going bad :( should I keep it in the leca? I’ve never used leca before either, do I always keep water at the bottom of the leca? Thank you!!

Help please! I went back home from a holiday for 2 weeks and found my Alocacia leaf turning this colour. This happened before for one of its small leaves and died. I noticed it drooped as well. Can’t figure out What’s the problem…last time I watered was before leaving for my holiday and I just measured soil moisture and don’t think it needs watering at the moment. I love this plant so much and I need help keeping it alive 😢

I did this since it had spider mites in the soil. Will it thrive still in just water? I also found a corm. How do I get it to grow?

So this is the first time I’ve ever had an alocasia and I think it might be sunburnt the soil is good and I don’t water too frequently. But I noticed that in front of my grow light they have gotten crispy around the edges should I move the plant to a lower light area?

I have always said to myself that I wasn’t interested in having a regal shield. Until I saw this beast in a garden centre for twenty pounds. Its leaves are nearly twice the size of my head (and I have a big head). Can honestly say it’s one of my favourites! 😍
