I got my alocasia 3 weeks ago and after one week I start noticing thin areas on two of the leaves, I don’t know what can be … maybe sunburn? However the other two leaves are perfectly. My questions are: Should I cut the baby one ? The most affected Should I repot her with new soil ? Same size pot. Haven’t repotted her yet I’m just waiting to do it after the month

My regal shield albo just put out its 3rd white leaf. The first 2 white ones do have tiny specks of green but not much. Do I need to chop her back? 🥲

I am trying my first semi hydro on this alocasia and now his oldest leaf is leaning down REALLY hard. The petiole is extremely firm and he refuses to allow me to lift it back to the natural position as if it wants to be looking at the floor. The leaves are yellowing slightly but the new leaf is doing fine. The brown spots were there when I bought it at the store. Does anybody have any advice for what the deal is with this drama queen or how I can help the plant?

Pruned my elephant ear a bit and gave the leaves a good wipe down. I’ve had him for almost 3 years now & he spawned this second guy 6 months ago. No one at the nursery warned me how fast these things grow. I feel like I’m living in Alien but with plants😂

My pink Nobilis put out this weird bronzy silvery leaf. Is this bad? Previous leaves were much more pink. She's been in the same cabinet since I got her a few months ago. This leaf is much larger and taller than previous ones.
