is this baby an alocasia melo? i got the mother plant from lowes a few months ago but she was only labeled alocasia, mother didn’t make it but i got 10 corms from her

    Looks like it. Is this a brand new leaf? My melo’s leaves are more silvery. I think it’s a melo x silver dragon though. But yeah, the veining and texture on yours look like a melo.

    it is a melo! i’ve grown them from corms before and that’s exactly what they look like (: the coloring will only come when the plant is more mature.
