I got this new green dragon scale Alocasia in the mail today. The full leaves are gorgeous, but a new leaf that was unfurling in transit didn’t fare so well. Do you think I should leave it or remove it? I wasn’t sure if it hurts a plant a lot to cut off a new leaf.
Just looks like a new leaf to me that hasn’t hardened off. But not totally sure
2개 좋아요 OK thank you so much! I’ll see how it goes. The stem is so pale that I thought maybe it wasn’t a healthy leaf. Hopefully now that it is home it will be OK!

All new leaves will look like this till it hardens. They darken as they harden.
