Question here, once the flowers are done blooming (as you can see in the middle) should I cut them off or leave them?

    they will die and fall off anyways when they're done. i recommend cutting them off, they suck a lot of energy from the plant, but it's too late now, most of the energy has already been used. ideally you cut them off before they ever open
