Any idea what these "creases" are from?

    It’s hard to tell in the photo but if the creases are almost like waves or ribbons, it’s usually due to low humidity in my experience

    Usually that's low humidity, but it can also be an early sign of fungal issues (which would eventually show discoloration if that's the issue.) For humidity, it helps to mist new leaves every so often so they unfurl smoothly

    I was misting, but I recently add a humidifier to that area. Plant seems super healthy otherwise, no discoloring, or any other signs. fingers crossed.
