Allow me to introduce you to my two new plant friends! I got them in the mail today from BWH and they are stunning! Frodo is a variegated Frydek and I’m so excited because he also has two new leaves that will hopefully be OK and open soon (since he was shipped I worry about any shipping trauma.) Smaug is a mint variegated green dragon scale mint. I’m thrilled with them. Anyone have any alocasia tips?
I do not have tips but I just wanted to say I LOVE their names!!

Your babies are beautiful 🌱🫶What is bhw? I buy most of mine on Etsy or off marketplace sometimes Lowe's 🤷♀️I have a green dragon scale, and an alocasia chantriari, somehow there's still alive and gorgeous , they like it humid, and of course bright indirect light I have mine behind a sheer curtain, I give them a little water once a week I don't overwater the whole pot, depending on the size of the pot too, if you have them wondering grow light, even in the winter you should fertilize once a month or as directed they like to eat , mine we're absolutely miserable in my east-facing window and when I switch them to the south facing window they were sooo much happier🌱💖🪴💁
